Apple Mobile Devices

How do I listen to Sheila E. songs on my Apple device?

Please Note: You will have to download your music on your computer first before you can listen to it on your mobile device.

  1. Open up your Sheila E. confirmation email on your desktop or laptop computer.
  2. Click on the download link in the receipt portion. Note: If you created an account on SheilaE.com, you can also access your link on the Downloads tab of “My Account”.
  3. Your download will start automatically.
  4. Go to your Downloads folder and find the file labeled with the Sheila E. song or album title.
  5. For individual songs, skip to #6. For album downloads, you will need to unzip the folder.

     Mac Users: Double-click the file to unzip it and then open the new folder.

     Windows Users: Right-click the file and click “Extract All” to unzip it.

  1.  Select each song, right-click, hover over “Open With”, and select “iTunes”.  
  2. iTunes will launch, and your files will now appear in the “Music” category.
  3. Connect your Apple mobile device to your computer and your files will automatically sync to your device.

All Other Mobile Devices

How do I listen to Sheila E. songs on my mobile device?

Please Note: You will have to download your music on your computer first before you can listen to it on your mobile device.

  1. Open up your Sheila E. confirmation email on your desktop or laptop computer.
  2. Click on the download link in the receipt portion. Note: If you created an account on SheilaE.com, you can also access your link on the Downloads tab of “My Account”.
  3. Your download will start automatically.
  4. Go to your Downloads folder and find the file labeled with the Sheila E. song or album title.
  5. For individual songs, skip to #6. For album downloads, you will need to unzip the folder first.

Mac Users:

  1. You’ll need to use the Android File Transfer application (download and install here) to transfer the files between your Mac and Android device.
  2. Connect your mobile device to your computer using a USB cable.
  3. Locate the Android File Transfer in your Applications folder and double-click.
  4. Select all of the songs in your Sheila E. file and drag and drop them into the application.

Windows Users:

  1. Connect your mobile device to your computer using a USB cable.
  2. Find your device on the File Explorer (Windows Explorer)
  3. Select all of the songs in your Sheila E. file and drag and drop them into the File Explorer.

Desktop or Laptop Computer

How do I listen to Sheila E. songs on my computer?
